Bridging Inclusive Connections was created to provide optimal services and resources for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Bridging Inclusive Connections provides services that significantly impact academics, daily living, extracurricular, social and emotional development. According to recent studies involving individuals with disabilities, the transition from school to adult life lacks inclusive experiences which in turn affects mental health and promotes high percentages of unemployment and isolation. Bridging Inclusive Connections enriches the lives of this underserved population through learning and growing together, extracurricular activities and community engagements.
